Creating Project Reports

Project Reports provide a thorough overview of a project’s progress, including submissions, stakeholders, analytics, and more. Follow these steps to generate a detailed report for any project:
Step 1: Access the Project Reports Page
- In the main navigation, go to Reports.
- Select Project Reports from the submenu.
Step 2: Choose a Project
- Use the dropdown to select the project you want to analyze.
- Once selected, the platform will load all related information for that project.
Step 3: View the Project Report
- Click the View Report button.
- You’ll see an in-depth breakdown of your project, powered by AI to help analyze every aspect.
Project Sentiment
- Located at the top of the page, indicating the overall mood (Positive, Negative, or Neutral).
- Shows the dominant sentiment and the percentage breakdown of each sentiment category.
- Sentiment is calculated based on submissions, conversations, interactions, and more.
Submission Breakdown
- Displays the total number of submissions per category.
- Click on a category name to view its specific submissions.
- Export Submissions: Download a CSV file of submissions for further analysis.
Engagement Stats
- Includes the total visits to the project, the most visited stakeholder, and the overall engagement rate.
- A graph shows the correlation between the number of visits and the amount of submissions.
Engagement Suggestions
- Our AI provides tailored recommendations to boost project engagement.
- These suggestions target specific stakeholders and offer insights on improving participation.
