At Quicker Engagement, we believe in keeping things straightforward and scalable. Unlike other platforms, we don’t limit the number of stakeholders you can add or the number of team members (seats) on the platform. Add as many as you need, whenever you need—no extra charges, no hidden costs.

How Does Billing Work?

Our billing model is as simple as it gets:

Annual Fee: You pay a flat annual fee for access to Quicker Engagement. That’s it—no complicated thresholds, no per-record costs.

Annual Billing: Invoices are issued annually, 60 days before your contract renewal date.

Your contract anniversary date is the date you first started using Quicker Engagement. You’ll find this date on your signed agreement or any past invoices.

Need to Update or Extend Payment Terms?

We get it—things happen. If you need to update your billing information or adjust payment timelines, just reach out:

Updating Billing Info: Email us at accounts@quicker.com.au with your updated details.

Payment Extensions: Can’t make your payment by the due date? Contact us to discuss an extension or a payment plan.

Invoice Access

Automatic Delivery: Invoices are sent to your chosen billing email address.

Request a Copy: Need a previous invoice? No problem. Email accounts@quicker.com.au, and we’ll send it to you.
