Understanding Stakeholder Conversations

Stakeholder Conversations let you centralize all communication with your stakeholders in one convenient location, ensuring you maintain a complete record of interactions. Here’s how it works:

  • You start a conversation by setting a subject and content (similar to sending an email or private message).
  • The stakeholder receives both an email and a platform notification with your message.
  • They can reply by email, which automatically logs their response in the platform, or they can use a magic one-click login link in the email to access the conversation directly on the platform. This link bypasses the need for them to remember login details.
  • Every message, reply, and attached document stays tracked in the conversation thread for you and your team to view and manage.
