Connecting Stakeholders to a Project

There are two easy methods to connect stakeholders to a project. Choose the one that works best for you:

Option 1: From the Stakeholder’s Profile

  1. Select a Stakeholder
    Navigate to the stakeholder list and click on the stakeholder’s name to open their profile.
  2. Link the Project
    In the profile, locate the Select a Project dropdown menu and choose the project you want to link.
  3. Confirm the Connection
    Click the Link Project button to finalize the connection.

Option 2: From the Project Page

  1. Select a Project
    From the Projects page, click on the project you wish to update.
  2. Access the Stakeholders Involved Tab
    Within the project page, click on the Stakeholders Involved tab.
  3. Add Stakeholders
  • Click the Add Stakeholders button.
  • Use the Select Stakeholders dropdown to pick one or more stakeholders.
  1. Save Your Changes
    After selecting the stakeholders, click Add Stakeholders.
    Alternatively, click Save Changes on the project page to ensure your updates are recorded.

That’s it! You’ve successfully connected stakeholders to your project.
