Adding Stakeholder Interactions

There are two primary ways to add an interaction to a stakeholder: directly from the stakeholder’s profile or from within a project page. Follow the steps below for the method that best suits your needs.
Option 1: From the Stakeholder Profile
- Navigate to the Stakeholder’s Profile
Open the profile of the stakeholder to whom you want to add an interaction. - Access the Interactions Tab
Click on the Interactions tab within the stakeholder’s profile. - Initiate Adding an Interaction
Click the Add Interaction button. - Fill Out the Interaction Details
Complete the following fields:
- Interaction Date
- Interaction Type
(Options include: Email, Feedback Form, Meeting, Phone Call, Social Media, Survey, Workshop, Other) - Key Interaction
- Linked Project
(Select the appropriate project from the dropdown, e.g., Coastal Erosion Management Project, Port Development Consultation, Test) - Summary
- Stakeholder Comments
- Team Response
- Issues
- Interaction Documents
Drag your file into the designated area or click to browse. Files should be up to 10MB.
- Submit the Interaction
When all fields are complete, click Submit Interaction to save the new interaction.
Option 2: From the Project Page
- Select the Project
From the Projects page, choose the project where you want to add an interaction. - Access the Interactions Tab
Within the project page, click on the Interactions tab. - Initiate Creating an Interaction
Click the Create Interaction button. - Fill Out the Interaction Details
Complete the form with the same fields as in the stakeholder profile, with one key difference:
- Since you are on the project page, the Linked Project field is pre-determined.
- Select a Stakeholder: Choose the stakeholder that this interaction is linked to.
- Fill in the remaining fields:
- Interaction Date
- Interaction Type
- Key Interaction
- Summary
- Stakeholder Comments
- Team Response
- Issues
- Interaction Documents
- Submit the Interaction
Once all details are entered, click Submit Interaction to finalize the process.
By following these steps, you can easily document and manage stakeholder interactions, ensuring all engagements are properly tracked.
